Sar\u00e0 perch\u00e9 indossa sempre abiti da teenager o per il folto ciuffo biondo che si sistema con la mano ogni volta che ti guarda con i suoi occhi limpidi.<br \/>Andrea Carvelli, 30 anni tondi da compiere nel 2023, ha un passato da giovane promessa del calcio e in MTO \u00e8 l\u2019uomo dei treni, ovvero quello che gestisce tutte le spedizioni intermodali.<br \/>Per i tornei di pallone interni al Gruppo Finsea \u00e8 sicuramente un asso nella manica. In una vita precedente, le sue doti sui campi da calcio lo portano a giocare fino alla serie C, con una carriera iniziata nelle due squadre liguri, Genoa e Sampdoria, e terminata ad Alessandria, a 19 anni, con un sogno rimasto tale: la maglia giallorossa della Roma.<br \/>\u00abEntrare nella rosa delle serie pi\u00f9 alte del campionato non \u00e8 per tutti, realizzai presto che gli sbocchi non erano tanti per me e iniziai la mia seconda vita, con la fortuna di essermi potuto togliere qualche soddisfazione in pi\u00f9 rispetto ai miei coetanei\u00bb. Al mondo della logistica si affaccia quasi per caso, grazie al suggerimento di un conoscente, e presto ne rimane completamente affascinato, cambiando un paio di aziende e ricoprendo diversi ruoli, dallo spedizioniere doganale e di varco, all\u2019operativo di una azienda di autotrasporto e infine alla gestione dei trasporti intermodali.<br \/>Sulla riga del suo orizzonte personale, oltre lo shipping, vede anche un piccolo studio tutto suo come personal trainer e preparatore atletico. Per la parte intermodale seguo tutta l\u2019operativit\u00e0 dall\u2019inserimento alla consegna e questo mi consente di avere una visione molto ampia di tutti i processi, di entrare a contatto con i clienti in profondit\u00e0, fidelizzarli, stringere rapporti di amicizia, essergli di supporto e di riferimento nella risoluzione dei problemi. Mi rendo conto che quando succede, il container non solo salta la consegna ma paga anche pi\u00f9 soste e per i clienti questo non \u00e8 un problema da poco. Recentemente abbiamo anche fatto il record come MTO. Le persone a cui devo molto sono Lele Braggio e Andrea Olivieri, sono stati i primi a prendermi sottobraccio, a insegnarmi tutto quello serve per diventare autonomo nel lavoro quotidiano. In MTO l&#8217;et\u00e0 media \u00e8 bassa, le persone valide, a partire dai vertici, Franco Avanzino e Filippo Gallo, che credono in noi, ci formano, ci incoraggiano e che spero di poter rendere orgogliosi. Qui mi sono sentito accolto sin dal primo giorno, quando Alessandro Savona, la persona che mi spinge sempre a sentirmi sicuro di me stesso per saper per approcciare i clienti nel modo migliore, mi offr\u00ec il caff\u00e8 alle macchinette e da l\u00ec nacque subito una grande sintonia. Finsea \u00e8 un gruppo solido, a gestione famigliare. Questo non deve essere un elemento di forza o di debolezza: sicuramente viviamo un ambiente meno procedurizzato rispetto a una multinazionale, dove l&#8217;elemento umano ha un valore forte ed \u00e8 al centro di ogni decisione.
