Difficile non rimanerne incuriositi e lui lo sa: dietro gli occhiali i suoi occhi vispi brillano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All\u2019inizio degli anni Novanta, quando tutti i teenager si incollavano alla televisione per vedere Beverly Hills 90210 e Maradona si presentava ai mondiali di calcio con il titolo di Campione d\u2019Italia, inizia a gestire discoteche a Genova, nomi che evocano grandi glorie di un\u2019epoca passata: Cezanne, Piscine dei castelli, Vanilla, Anyway; si fa un nome e si spinge fino alla riviera romagnola, cuore nazionale della movida, \u00abWalter Nudo? Da l\u00ec simpatizza con il container e la Capital Lease lo contatta per aprire a Genova la filiale che servir\u00e0 tutta l\u2019area mediterranea. Un\u2019esperienza che definisce la pi\u00f9 bella della sua vita: \u00abMi occupavo di stipulare contratti di noleggio container con armatori e i vari depositi; viaggiavo moltissimo: Spagna, Francia, Svizzera, Marocco, Turchia e molti altri paesi. Ho conosciuto i manager delle pi\u00f9 importanti compagnie di navigazione del mondo, persone preparatissime con le quali spesso mi sentivo un pesce fuor d\u2019acqua, ma la grinta innata mi ha sempre permesso di affrontare ogni situazione, apprendere molto e \u201cportare a casa\u201d dei contratti\u00bb. E anche qui la domanda sorge spontanea: e poi? \u00abPoi mi hanno chiesto di trasferirmi a Shanghai, nel frattempo erano nati Matteo e Tommaso. Ho sentito tanto parlare di noi quando ancora, di questa grande realt\u00e0 ero solo spettatore esterno: c\u2019\u00e8 una forza che ci contraddistingue da tutti gli altri: sappiamo diversificare, siamo guidati da un imprenditore con un carisma particolare, che ha coraggio di intraprendere nuove sfide e cambiare rotta quando \u00e8 tempo di farlo. Battute a parte, instaurare un rapporto pi\u00f9 leggero spesso aiuta, soprattutto quando si lavora in un settore frenetico come il nostro, dove siamo spesso sotto stress.
