In Mto \u00e8 l\u2019uomo degli \u201ceccezionali\u201d, un progetto che aveva nel cassetto e che \u00e8 diventato realt\u00e0 grazie alla sua passione e alla sua determinazione. Come il Gruppo di cui fa parte, Finsea, anche la sua storia inizia sulle banchine di Genova. \u00abA casa abbiamo sempre respirato il porto, che per me erano le mani sporche di mio padre, le sue divise da lavoro, i suoi racconti di vita: era un lavoratore portuale e quella parte di Genova per lui non aveva misteri. Poi nel 1985 sono stato assunto in Siamar, agenzia marittima che si occupava anche di spedizioni. Mi alzavo alle 5 e alle 6 ero gi\u00e0 in calata per le operazioni di carico e scarico merci. Da l\u00ec a poco mi avrebbero trasferito al reparto logistico e da quel momento in poi i trasporti sono diventati parte della mia identit\u00e0. Poi mi dedico alle nuove richieste, che sono tantissime, studio i casi, richiedo le informazioni che mi<br \/>mancano, in particolare schede e disegni tecnici, foto o qualsiasi materiale utile per capire di quale carico si tratta e di conseguenza quali mezzi possono essere utilizzati. Resto convinto che con il partner <\/span><span>giusto, che conosce bene l\u2019equipment e le sfaccettature del trasporto, che sa dare i giusti consigli, i clienti <\/span><span>possono aprirsi strade che prima non pensavano percorribili. Certo, non <\/span><span>abbiamo avuto tempi facili ultimamente con le infrastrutture stradali e qualche bel mal di testa ci ha tenuto <\/span><span>compagnia per mesi. La merce riesce ad arrivare a destinazione ma lo stress a cui \u00e8 sottoposta \u00e8 alto. Lo shipping negli ultimi anni ha sorpreso tutti <\/span><span>non sempre in modo positivo e l\u2019ondata di fusioni non ci ha fatto sconti: nel giro di pochi mesi abbiamo <\/span><span>visto due dei nostri maggiori clienti sparire. Che potevamo fare? Farci travolgere dagli eventi o scovare <\/span><span>l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 che si dice che nelle crisi ci sia sempre. Ci siamo guardati in faccia e ognuno ha messo sul <\/span><span>tavolo un progetto.
